Did you read the book the first time around? It might be a good idea to give it a re-read. The version you want is the 2002 edition of Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution. That's the edition this board goes by as it was the last one written entirely by Dr A himself, before he died. Check out the induction forum stickies and the FAQs for info in the meantime. | Hi Steven, Welcome back to the Atkins approach! If neither you or your Mrs. remember the rules clearly, then you MUST get a copy of 2002 DANDR. In the mean time, check out all the stickies at the tops of the various forums to get you through. Hey - you can be HER support this time around!
