| Hi Mary! Welcome to the site. Good for you for getting all that exercise in right from the beginning. That is still such a struggle for me. You have three babies and still manage to get the gym? I am ashamed of myself (what's my excuse?)! I hope Induction is going well for you - I know the first few days can be AWFUL, but it truly does get better after that. And don't fret the caffeine too much just yet - get the carbs under control first & once you are over that hurdle you can tackle the caffeine if you think you need to. Now, the book says you should give it up, and he knows what he's talking about! You may lose a little slower than if you gave it all up at once, but it may mean that you are able to stick to it better if you take it in steps. You are the best judge!
