| Hi Cosmic! I'm glad you found this board - I'm sure that if you are active here you'll find it very helpful to sticking to the plan. We need all the support we can get! I lost about 40 pounds on Atkins before too - and I too gained it all back. And, again, I TOO am starting back in again. I have three weeks under my belt now and am feeling great - hopefully this time around I'm a little smarter than I was before! From my previous lapse, I've learned more about what my triggers and pitfalls are, and I plan to bare all on this site so the friends here can help support me so that I make better decisions this time! Don't worry about not posting your starting weight - YOU know what it is. BUT - we don't know you in real life so try not to feel too awkward about it! Please use the site as a tool - post your weight, post your struggles & successes, etc. - make it work for you! Wendy
