Hi,
My name is Byatt. I am so excited to find this forum. I am in the process of reading the book and can't believe I have not tried this weight loss approach before. I have been looking at the before and after pictures and I am so hopeful that will be me one day. I have tried every diet as I am sure most of you here have. I just want to finally lose the weight and keep it off. Tomorrow is my start day and I look forward to posting regularly because I am going to need all the support I can get, and one day hope to be able to return it. Wish me luck!!!
