| Food wise I did well, I had a terrible headache the later part of the day. I think I was having sugar withdrawls lol. I felt like wino needing a drink . Except I needed sugar lol. Overall it went well.

| Great to hear. Yes sugar "detoxification" can be hard but it does not last long as you probably remember. Keep drinking water

| UGH! That was the worst part. Sugar withdrawl is all a blur to me now. It only lasts a few days and its gone...Thankgod! I found having deviled eggs in the fridge was helpful....when i really needed something, I could reach and get instant gratification. It helped me get through the cravings. |
