Hi, I recently started the Atkin's Diet. I've tried other diets before but this time I'm serious! I've gained about 30 pounds in the past 3 years alone and it needs to stop. I'm 24 years old, I have no kids, so no excuses for me! I just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Leslie and I'm from Houston, TX. I hope being on this forum keeps me motivated!
