Hi and welcome back! Since you've had great success with Atkins before, you know the drill

I highly recommend checking in with the board often ... every day is good! Join in the Challenges; they really help keep you focused. Read all the posts ... we're all in this together, and we all learn from one another ... plus, it's built-in moral support

Sign up for FitDay or another free online food-and-exercise diary .... that is a HUGE help! And ... take it one day at a time!
