| Welcome to ADBB! You will love Atkins and have great success with it. Have you read the book yet? A lot of questions you may have will be answered in there. Adjusting and getting into Ketosis may have its headaches (literally) but it only lasts a couple days so don't let it discourage you. I know you will do great! There are a lot of stickies around here that are very helpful as well. Good luck and be sure to keep us updated with your progress! |

| Thanks for that! You have done so well in under two months! Hoping i can do the same. I must attach my Stats to my profile...... I have read the book and have managed to find most of the answers from this forum already without even having to post anything but im sure i'll have one or two more as i go!
