| Hello to you too. Congratulations on that first day. One day at the time is the way to go. You are right it is going to take a while to get over the eating patterns you have but I think Atkins is very helpful that way. Once you get carbs cut way down you start to gain some control and you crab that control and keep it.

| like you I always said no way I am getting past 200lbs, but I sure did... at my highest I was 297.... I fought and fought to get down to 276 and it took years... then I came to find Atkins... and it was great... mind you i had many slip ups, but I just shook them off and then got back on track... YOU will be able to get through this.. this is a great place for support.. we are all here for the same reason... Keep up the good work.. one day at a time is the way to do it |
