Another newbie

Hello! First time posting, second time on the diet. I am now on day five in the induction phase. When I started I was at 256.4lbs. I am 39 and 5'11. First time I did the Atkins diet it was very sucessful for me. Unfortunately, over the years I've honestly let myself go. I have a lot of hope confidence that it will help me again. Reading everyone's comments on this forum has also helped modivate me into action.
Observations:
Day two was by far the hardest. Severe headaches pretty much kept me in bed for most of the day. Of course I was crashing from my major addiction to Starbucks which I would drink throughout the day.
Day Five (today) - lost five pounds in the past five days. Not sure if that is good or not, but I'm extremely happy with the weight loss.

Hey there Jason, welcome aboard! Nice to have you here with us. Kudos to you for coming back to Atkins... I'm sure you'll be very successful again and hopefully, it'll be for keeps!
