| I have been! I am anxious to get into ketosis. Almost like a kid waiting for Christmas. How long does it usually take? I remember the book saying 2-3 days...I misplaced my copy, I think it is back in Delaware at my parents house--I will retrieve it over the holidays. |

| It took me about 4 days. I say 3-5 is about normal. Are you using the keto stix?
