| Hi there Victoria and welcome aboard! Really pleased you've gotten back on the Atkins wagon and are determined to start over for good. You won't regret it when you're at goal. Come here every time you feel you might be slipping towards one of those carb binging sessions. It really helps. Another tip is to always have a high fat snack to hand for when cravings hit.
