| Welcome back. Great job. I look forward to seeing your posts. So what happens around 4 months? Do you get bored or maybe a bit discouraged when the slow down happens? Did you try climbing up the ladder to add more choices? I think that helps some people hang in there.

| Life happens...hahaha. The 4 preteen girls in my house stress me out and I end up calming myself with a nice glass of wine. I work at a very nice winery part time and I have GREAT wine to drink and I LOVE wine, so that temptation in itself is almost overwhelming. My husband and I are foodies. We love to cook and eat out and be social. So even under the best intentions I will end up slipping and then down the slippery slope I go. But I know what I need to look out for and I am just going to try a little harder to resist this time. |

| Welcome, I'm glad you're back! This time, do whatever it takes to stick with it....I PROMISE you'll be thankful you did! Do WHATEVER it takes to make it happen and stick to it....that means changing old habits and choices...I know you can do it! Come here often, read as much as you can and post as much as you would like. We're all in this together and we're going to make it together and maintain our healthy new bodies....it's a way of life....not a short term stint.....I look forward to reading your posts and sharing in your success!
