| Hey. thanks for the welcome!! I am feeling extremely positive at the moment. I know i can do this. My boyfriend, who lives about 2 hours away, is coming to visit this weekend, which could mess things up for me. I have told him about my new WoE, and he knows that he will be getting a chicken and bacon salad for dinner on friday night, whether he likes it or not!!! I will allow him some bread to go with that, i just hope i can resist.... bread is my downfall. how does everybody manage to stay on the straight and narrow?

| You can resist. Just think of your wedding dress. Little cheats will defeat you in the end so you need to stay focused and motivated. It is hard, but losing weight is hard no matter what plan you are on. The hardest part is to get your mind into it, but once you master that the bread will be easier to resist. Just remember this once you cheat you have to start induction again and who wants to go backwards? Good Luck! |
