| Different kind of sweetener. The sweetening ingredient in Sugar Twin is cyclamate. If you like it use it. Karen Barnaby who is a Canadian Low Carb Chef likes to mix Sugar Twin with Splenda in her recipes. She thinks that gives the best flavour and texture. Her low carb cook books are great BTW

| Cyclamates are actually my preferred sweetner and I've never had an issue with it, I love liquid sugar twin especially for baking, it's has 0 carbs compared to the granular. It's also far easier to find here (i think liquid splenda needs to be ordered online) And as Liv mentioned it is good when mixed with splenda (i also use stevia). when you mix sweeteners you get far less of the sweetener aftertaste.
