Finally Back and Need Support!!!!

Hi friends!! I'm crawling back with tail btwn my legs
Well, the last time I have visited this site was Sept 22nd... and suddenly its December. I was trying to lose 20 lbs of baby weight, and got frustrated and gave up. It can be SO difficult to not eat any carbs with a 1 year old son who will ONLY eat pieces of pasta, breads, cereal. (Ive tried everything!)
Anyhow, instead of losing the weight or staying the same, after I gave up, I actually gained MORE weight - thought i was pregnant- but looks like I am not and there is no excuse here! I have never weighed this much except during pregnancy, and there is NO excuse, it is scaring me--- My wedding rings hardly fit (!?!?!).

Since 30 years old I was always an average of 130 lbs...thats with working out regularily and eating healthy, low carb.... and if I worked out tons and dieted tons I'd be at like 125.... but never back to the 20-something easy-weight high-metabolism days....

Anyhow, I am just shocked with HOW IMPOSSIBLE it is to lose weight since baby. My metabolism is SHOT.
And today I almost started crying when I saw the scale... I am now 154 lbs. That is 20+ lbs overweight, more than a year after having my baby. NONE of my clothes fit, and all the other moms are back to normal but here i sit with huge tummy hanging over my pants...

SO IM BACK and praying this works and I can have the drive and dedication (like YOU GUYS--- what great stories!!!!) to do this right!!!

I am going to the induction phase so I can lose weight for the holidays too, and the scariest part is NO wine, which I have a few glasses after wild son goes to bed often---I will soooooo miss that

Good luck, and be patient - it can take more time as you grow older and when you have relatively little weight to lose.
