Started Mon Night...what an ordeal

hi, my name is Warren and i am in VA. five years ago i was 158lbs. Now i am a stable 204. I really am doing this for my self as i can steadily see my pants stopping to fit. I have also had the unfortunate fate of a severe back injury while mt biking that really has slowed me down. My sister did this with GREAT success. I am hoping for the same.
