| Thanks for welcoming me in Goergiana. I'm still re-reading Atkins book. Hoping to put the 1st phase of the battle plan down today so I can prepare to start Monday. Any suggestions? |

| Get rid on all non Atkins stuff that may tempt you in the house. Only plan to eat what is on the allowed list in the book and drink only clean water. Take measurements and pictures to motivate you as well as your weight.
