Default Returning to Atkins after a long break

After my second child I had tremendous success with Atkins. I got down to a size seven or large six and maintained for two years. I began to struggle with my eating after my husband was stationed on the other side of the country. I gained back about 15-20 pounds. I was still in pretty good shape, but I knew I could be smaller. We found out we were going to be moving back home and two weeks later my father died very suddenly. I sank into a huge depression and gained another fifty pounds. I know that I don't want to do this anymore. I hate being fat and not having energy. I hate being a slave to food. Atkins is the only plan that has ever worked for me before and so here I am, getting back at it. I look forward to sharing with other Atkids.

Thanks again! I didn't want to wait until New Years. The concept of gaining even more before then scared me far too much! My highest weight was 202. I sure don't want to go any higher.
