| Hi Diva, your doing GREAT. I am worried about those cravings though, you should be making/eating foods that you just love so you don't crave. Are you eating something that might be causing those cravings |

| I dont think that Im eating anything to cause the cravings. Pretty much only chicken and fish and snacks such as cheese. I think the hardest part is seeing the food in my home. My son loves oreos but so do I and its super hard to give them to him and smell them without wanting to stuff one in my mouth!!! |

| Are you eating any veggies? How are you doing drinking your water? These two things will help you get past some of the cravings.
