Welcome back, ducky1990  ! This WOE is best for me, too. It was interesting to listen to everyone say how tired and stuffed they were after Christmas dinner today. I never feel tired after I eat anymore ~ I usually feel energized.I hope you had a Merry Christmas  !

I did have a great day! I had a late lunch at my moms and found it very easy to resist the potatoes and corn... Thank you both for the warm wishes!

Hi Ducky, Welcome back! I too feel great eating this way, I've never felt better nor have I even lost this kind of weight eating any other way. I look forward to reading how things are going for you in the days, weeks, months etc...to come! Great to meet you! Sarina --------------------- Heaviest weight last year- 400 lbs. (2007) April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. Atkins start weight – 347 (July 19, 2008 ) (100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day ) Current weight – 256 lbs. Goal weight - 150 – 160 |
