| Nope...don't get worried until after 14 days. There's always reasons for "gain", tons if you're female (great, huh?). For the most part...food and water take up space in your body until it's digested or out. Well, it's probably not "out" yet. Give time a chance and stay focused. If you don't find change at the end of a clean induction of 14 days, then reevaluate what you've been eating, doing, time of the month, etc. And one more thing...do yourself a huge favor: stay off the scale for awhile. Hard to do and imagine, I know, but it's worth it. Measure how you feel and your clothes instead of the number right now. Enjoy!

| Great advice Lisa! I would also suggest taking your measurements & keeping track of your losses that way also. Seeing the inches melt away is awesome! Good luck on your journey!
