| Welcome Christi! It's nice to have you join us. Do you have the book? We use the 2002 version of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution here on the board and it is required reading because he explains the reasons why this way of life works so well. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress. |

| Hi I have just joined as saw link to atkins diet seeing great weight loss for everyone. I am 210Lbs+ and at 5'10" I am overweight and have 40% Body Fat-I must do something about it as fed up being bloated and overweight (even if people say I am tall so can carry it off!)-does not make me feel any better Where can I get details of the Diet? Is it online? Where do I start? I look forward to some help, thanks. Heres to being 13stone by December for my sister's wedding! Cazzieanne |
