| Miranda, welcome to ! This is a great place to be!That's great that you and your boyfriend are doing this together. It's great to have support. You two should read this (If you are NEW, READ THIS!). That thread is very helpful. As it points out you should really get a copy of Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution 2002. There is a ton of information on this board, but it's invaluable to have the book so you can pick it up and reference it anytime and read/re-read it for motivation. Best of luck to you two! |
