| Hey Shagginabit, I'm sort of new here too and from Texas as well. Glad you're here! I've been reading the book trying to get started like you have. There are some really good people and advice on this site. Holidays are not that easy for me food-wise. I'll probably have to start induction again come Monday after New Years. | well, had to defer my induction until today. I forget that us southerners just *have* to at least eat a few black eyed peas for New Years. Got that torture out of the way, and I'm ready to roll. |
