But I keep getting back on the bandwagon 'cos I just flat-out feel better eating the Atkins way. Like you, my goal was in the 40-lb. range (47, to be exact) and I'm now 10 lbs. from my goal. | Welcome! Ditto to what Norah said! You're in good company here. It's a great place to come for support and motivation . That's great that you have the book. Initially I checked the book our 4 or 5 times before I ordered it. I'm sooooo glad I have a copy at hand for reference.You can do this. One meal at a time. One day at a time. Good luck! |
