New to the site

I am in the first week of induction and am really motivated this time. I have done Atkins in the past with great success but let it all slide plus some.

Nice to find this board.

I'm getting old enough that if I don't make a big change, it will just keep getting harder. I'll also be looking through the site looking for info on bicycling long distances while on Atkins. I'd like to do at least one century this summer and maybe the C&O canal also.
