This is my year...

I was here... then gone.... now back. Kind of typical of me. This year I am determined to do things differently. I am starting induction tomorrow with a good plan and determination. I have maintained my 80 lb loss (or most of it) from 2007 and I intend to succeed this year in reaching a weight I have not seen in years and years. I feel like I am so close - I just need to stick with it.

My plan is a good one. I think that is half the battle... the other half the battle for me is a support system and accountability - both of which I can find here. I know what I can eat. I have gleaned much information from the many threads here about induction and recipes. I am ready. I also have a health club membership - so I really can't see any excuses in the new year. I will do this...

We're all on the same journey, so just put one foot in front of the other and go with the flow ... You can do this!
