| Welcome SkiMom! It's great to have you here on the forum! This is an amazing place to be....I sound like a broken record (I post this part often)...but the people on this forum truly care and the support and encouragement is amazing! I too feel fabulous eating this way, since I've begun I have never felt so good.....I didn't even go through Induction flu or have headaches at the beginning, it's been an amazing way of eating for me. Come here lots, read as much as you can and post often....I look forward as well to getting to know you as well. (I live in Canada too....British Columbia). | Hi Skimom Nice to see an Albertan around. I am in Saskatchewan. I really needed to ski today. Tons of snow and no one had cleared anything. Good luck to you. Will be looking for you around the board.
