| Hi Singadiva My favorite trainer is from Aussie country (gotta love that Clinton Anderson). I know what you mean about the sweet tooth (I have a batch of mini cheese cake bites in the freezer right now). I wish you the best of luck. Amanda |

| Hi, singadiva! Some folks find that any kind of artificial sweetener (even Splenda) stalls their weight loss. Stevia, at least, is natural. But it's kind of a "try it and see" thing. The good thing about Atkins is that your sweeth tooth should abate while on Induction ... mine pretty much disappeared after about five days. And I was a sugar junkie, too! Hang in there

| Thanks, I am struggling with it but I can forgo the sweeties and the low-joule jelly. I just cannot do without the one decaff with Stevia and it's all hard enough with a broken foot too! I'm just starting to walk again so I'm pretty depressed about the slow weightloss.... Diva |
