| hi Abs -- You have the same frustrations and feelings I've been having for so long. It's hard seeing pictures of myself because until I saw a few at Christmas, honestly, I didn't know I looked that bad! It's amazing how you can not see what is slapping you in the face. You sound like you're ready to start on your journey and with that attitude you'll get to your goal! I agree with you about not getting on the scale everyday - that only leads to dissapointment - and believe me, I don't need anymore of that in my life! | Hey! Thanks for the support. I didn't realize how awful I looked until I saw a pic...it was pretty bad but needed. Now, I am on my way. I'm eating broccoli as a late snack right now. I'm all about. I hope we cross paths again, with good news, and great pics! Abby |
