| That is how I feel to. Eating on the Atkins plans is so wonderful. Lots of good food and you still lose weight. Good luck on your journey.

| Hi Brad and welcome, I am Chad and I am in the exact same boat. I am on day 8 now and by day 6 I had lost 10 pounds also. I love the way that I do not feel deprived of great food. It looks like we have a similar goals and similar backgrounds. I have stopped loosing weight for the past two days however. I have decided to only weigh myself twice a week instead of everyday to keep myself from going crazy. Keep making posts on this site. I would like to keep tabs on your progress and make comparisons. Keep it up! |
