| Welcome! 12 lbs. already? ... great start!You keeping a food diary? There are free ones online (like FitDay) ... very helpful for recording what you eat, your exercise ... even your mood! Don't forget to drink plenty of water ... at least 64 oz. Check in with this Board often ... ready everything; ask questions! Have you weighed and measured yourself so you can keep track of your progress? .... when you seem to have hit a plateau, a lot of the time you're actually losing inches instead (naturally you're exercising too, right? Anyway, welcome aboard and enjoy the journey!
