| Welcome Eli. YOu should see some serious pounds melt off of you from day 1. I would suggest a few things.... 1st is to read the book so you understand exactly why this works.. 2nd is get a gym membership if you do not have one the more you invest in your lifestyle change the less likely you are to stray. ... 3rd is to measure yourself from day 1 (not from day 45 like me)..... 4th is to prepare your food and CARRY it with you at all times (it keeps you from cheating TRUST ME).... 5th is using a calorie counting program like FitDay (its free) to help you stay on track. 6th is water, water, water, oh and did I mention water?...... 7th is to come to this site and learn from these peoples successes AND failures..... 8th is that not all artificial sweeteners are created equal (splenda is acceptable, but no more than 3 a day for now)........... 9th is that you buy into the fact that this is a Way Of Eating (WOE) and a lifestyle, not a diet. If you complete all 4 phases you WILL NOT FAIL!.... 10th is to have fun with this. It is so easy to do and filled with variety. I have not had the same thing for dinner in a month! Welcome aboard....
