deployment777There's good news and bad news. The good news is that you're in *amazing* company around here and will find as much support as you are looking for (and then some most days. LOL). The bad news? The weight is going to come off in its own sweet time - but you will get more healthy and you will remove it! (See? I ended on good news again. .)What are you doing for exercise? Are you taking your supplements?

| I havent been doing much exercise due to time constraints with taking care of the kids. I walked a mile yesterday and plan to do that as much as I can. I am not sure what supplements you mean exactly. I am taking a potassium pill and a one a day multi-vitamin. Is there something else I should be taking? |

| good morning deployment. we feel your pain. never been in tip top marine shape but i know the pain of gain. but you are in the right place! and surely you can incorporate all that PT into some really good workout stuff. the weight WILL come off! think about starting a journal over in the journal chats forum. (we have guys AND gals who post over there.) it is a fun way to share your weight loss journey and give and get advice and have fun doing it. maybe you can share some workout advice for us? |
