| Hello Cerail and welcome aboard! Kudos to you for making a second attempt at this. You'll find that if you stick with it and follow the programme to the letter, it'll work for you. Try to be strong the first few days. They are the hardest. After those and after you get through the few days of "induction flu" (where you feel lethargic and off colour due to your body detoxing from carbs), you'll find things so much easier. Also you'll be inspired by those lbs dropping away. Post lots and keep us in the know as to how you're doing. We're with ya!
