| Hey again.... Well, I don't own any scales but I had a baby in May last year and after that weighed in at 12 and half stone (175lb I think?) I am only 5ft 2in tall and have always weighed between 9 and half and ten and a half (133-147lbs) so ideally I would like to get back to that... I have lost 6 inches off my waist already and 4 off my hips but would REAAAAALLLLLY like my thighs to slim down as they are very much of the THUNDER variety right now ...I just know I'll get there if I stick to this! |

| Sounds like you're doing really, really well!! Excellent! Do you know what else is great? You're in one-derland! Breaking below the 200 mark is such a fantastic feeling. It felt sooo awesome hitting onederland! I know it wasn't that much to lose to hit it but having a 1 in front of my weight is just one of those things I think all of us who have ever had 2's, 3's and so on in front of can understand. It's almost like hitting normalcy if you know what I mean. I am really excited to weigh in tuesday with hopes that the TOM bloat will be whooshed right out of the ballpark, lol!

| Thank you! Yes ma'am I have. The first week I was going through the whole flu bit and had little energy so I didn't work out that week. Once that passed I started getting in 20 minutes each day on my dual bike (400 calories) can't beat that! Plus I do 100ish crunches each day minus one day of rest. Thank you for the support and I am here if you need it as well!
