| I am right there with you (day 5) and I have decided to stop looking at the scale since it did not move in the past two days (ever since TOM started), but I had lost 6lbs since Sat so even with the scale not budging I am still very happy. I plan on jumping back on it on Fri once TOM has departed my life and I have a more accurate reading. However, it may not be any different and that is something I will certianly just have to except. Here is why I am not getting discouraged....this is my second time around with Atkins and the first time I went from 195 to 135 in less than 6 months, so this diet works....You just have to stick with it and you will see results! |
