| Hi Donna! I'm new too. Welcome! 3lbs in a week is nothing to sneeze at, espeially if you have to look after 3 kids (how old are they?) I can't really give you any induction tips (as I'm starting too) but if you ever want to chat about cravings or the dreaded 'induction flu' I'm your girl! Best of luck ! |

| Hi Donna. Welcome! I have been through induction a few times and just started again on Jan 1st. I have never had the induction flu that people talk about. I have had a slight headache, but that is about it. I have found it to be incredible, giving me lots of energy and helping me sleep better. The key for me is planning ahead and always being prepared for situations! It is really about creating new habits. The support on this board is extraordinary! You will find everything you need here in regards to learning about the program from people who have experienced it with great success. Best wishes to you as you get started... Debi |

My kids are 5,2 and 8 months My biggest issue is I am soo tired all of the time. My hubby is not so thrilled with my doing atkins. He says that I will be more tired than now.. but, I need results and I have issues turning the oh so good sugar stuff away unless I am doing atkins and now that I can NOT have it. You are doing awesome!!! How much have you lost in induction?
