Default Hi

Hi, My name is Donna. I am 25 and happily married. I am a Stay at home mommy of three.I live in Georgia. I have somewhere lost myself since having my kids. I need to get some sort of body back that I am not ashamed of. I bought myself some Jeans last month and got them in the mail and they do not fit. That was hard to take. So I started dieting last week and lost 3 lbs. But, I have issues with carbs. Once I start eating them I just keep eating badly. So I need to do this. Everytime I start I get discouraged. So I really hope this board helps... Any tips and help with induction would be great..

How does the weightloss typically go??

thanks!

Donna

Hi Donna! I'm new too. Welcome!

3lbs in a week is nothing to sneeze at, espeially if you have to look after 3 kids (how old are they?)

I can't really give you any induction tips (as I'm starting too) but if you ever want to chat about cravings or the dreaded 'induction flu' I'm your girl!

Best of luck !

Hi Donna. Welcome! I have been through induction a few times and just started again on Jan 1st. I have never had the induction flu that people talk about. I have had a slight headache, but that is about it. I have found it to be incredible, giving me lots of energy and helping me sleep better. The key for me is planning ahead and always being prepared for situations! It is really about creating new habits. The support on this board is extraordinary! You will find everything you need here in regards to learning about the program from people who have experienced it with great success. Best wishes to you as you get started... Debi

Thanks I would love to talk! Do you have YIM?

My kids are 5,2 and 8 months

My biggest issue is I am soo tired all of the time. My hubby is not so thrilled with my doing atkins. He says that I will be more tired than now.. but, I need results and I have issues turning the oh so good sugar stuff away unless I am doing atkins and now that I can NOT have it.

You are doing awesome!!! How much have you lost in induction?
