Hi everyone!

I'm pretty new to Atkins. I just read the book and decided to give it a try. I was doing weight watchers, and lost over 35 pounds from that. Now that I am getting closer to my goal weight it's getting harder and harder, and I hit a stall. I heard Atkins was good so here I am!!!

oh and i forgot...

My FAVORITE part of Atkins is that I can eat cheese!!!!!! I am a cheese addict and even though it says 3 to 4 ounces a day that is waaaaaay more than I would ever eat on WW.

I'm pretty new myself joined 26/12/08 and to be honest it's a great site that is wonderfully supportive and full of great help and advice.Not to mention the amazing folk that are here.
The information at hand is incredible it's helped me alot I'm sure it will help you too.
