| hi and welcome to the board. You sound motivated and that's the most important thing you need right now. How lucky that your husband is doing Atkins with you!! You'll do fine -- just keep posting, join a few exercise challenges (they don't take long to do each day) and eat good meals -- there are several good websites full of great recipes...Linda's, Sheila's, etc. Don't let boredom get you down!! If you need help or just need a friendly shoulder I'll do my best to help you!! Everyone here is so friendly and soooo helpful! I've never seen a better group of people. Carole
