| Welcome to the board! Congratulations on your 5 lb. loss, that's terrific!!!! Yes, I have a hard time at times eating enough....I RARELY feel any kind of hunger. I keep a food log (not the kind of person to keep a journal...but did it upon the direction of my doctor) and it's become a really useful tool in my weight loss journey. It shows me what I've been eating and how I have to adjust it if I need to eat more. All the best to you! Sarina ----------------- Heaviest weight last year- 400 lbs. (2007) April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs.
