| Hello there Denise and welcome to the board! If you approach Atkins with hard work and dedication and follow the programme to the letter, success will be yours! You don't need to take anything to speed the diet along. Most of these things are harmful, as you've already experienced, and Atkins works without any outside "help". Happy losing!
