| Hello again ! Well what can I say..... I fell off the wagon, then got back on, then fell off again blah blah blah....... I cant seem to stick to this for more than 4 days, then I have a mini break, feel guilty and then I'm back to day 1......!!.HELP !!!!! How can I overcome this....I know this is a scapegoat....I'm smart enough to realise that all this is within my control but my mind can sometimes be my worst enemy, I am losing weight though, I'm excersizing like I'm an athlete and my body shape is changing, Im drinking the water and taking the vit's but I never seem to make it more than a few days, I'm in a viscious cycle now......whats wrong with me, I never have this 'I cant' attitude. Any positive messages welcome |
