| People on low fat diets still need to eat some fat which the body needs to handle some of the body's activity. Likewise, on a low-carb diet, we still need to eat some carbs to keep the body's motor moving at a good pace. The best bet for carbs is from the allowed vegetables list as veggies typically don't induce cravings like most other carbohydrate foods, have a high fiver content (which is critical to keep yourself "regular"), and don't cause insulin spikes to slow weight loss. Now make your momma happy and eat some veggies!
