Hiya John and welcome! Good to have you with us.  I do my online shopping for low carb goods at LowCarbMegastore in the UK. I can't order foodstuffs from the States as the Italian customs (I live in Italy) are so difficult with foods and medicines from the US. I've heard good things about Netrition.
