| Hello there Cottonwood and welcome to the ADBB! Kudos to you for reading the book and deciding to correct what was a little off. Understanding the science behind this way of eating is a huge help. Good for you for starting to exercise straight off. We have lots of exercise challenges that are very motivating. Why not join one that takes your fancy? | Thank you. I will check out the exercise forum next. The thyroid forum was how I found this bulletin board. I was researching thyroid disorders and stumbled on the site. Lucky me. |
