I too am new

Hello all
I am new here. I have done Atkins in the past without a whole lot of success. I have been reading thru some of the information you all have here and I have realized some of my mistakes. I know that this time I am going to do this right and by this time next year I am going to be in much better shape.
I am looking forward to getting smaller with all of you!

Hi Tammy, I suggest reading Dr. Atkins book so that you have more success this time around. Ask questions if you need help and you will be very successful this time around. You can also post your menus and get suggestions on legall foods to eat. I look forward to getting smaller with you also. TTYL.
