| Hey there Shan! Good to have you with us. Welcome! The last lbs can be the very devil, it's true... but if you follow the plan properly, you'll get there just fine. Try to think "direction" rather than "speed". Once you've got to where you want to be, the time will seem to have passed in a flash! Happy losing!

| I'm struggling with the last 9 pounds I have to lose too so I know what you mean by them being pesky! But I also know that I will make it and you will too. Keep trying and it will happen. |
