| Welcome! You really can do this! Have confidence in yourself. Don't concern yourself with sagging skin. You are still young, so you still have the elasticity. Incorporate exercise and some weights (yes, you can) and it will likely minimize the sagginess. Some people are afraid of the weights but don't be.. you aren't going to "bulk" up you will tone. AND let me just tell you, if you do incorporate the exercise you will lose inches faster and will be in smaller sizes faster. Stay positive!
